I'm Sophie, Ayurvedic skincare educator, mama of two, and someone who knows exactly what it's like to feel dry and disconnected from your magnetism in motherhood…
When I became a mother in my late 30s, everything changed. My skin became dry and dull - I looked and felt like I had aged a decade overnight. I became chronically overwhelmed and cranky, and sensed that I was becoming increasingly invisible.
I felt disconnected from my beauty… my calm… and myself.
Being a wellness-minded mama, Botox and fillers weren't an option for me. But I tried everything else - creams, supplements, natural treatments, wellness trends. I was desperately searching for something that would help me feel like myself again.
Nothing worked. At least, not long-term.

I started to believe motherhood had stolen my radiance forever. That feeling dry, depleted and short-fused was just my new normal.
I can now confidently say that I was wrong.
The answer wasn't another product or self-care routine. It was addressing the root cause: high vata dosha and my chronically stressed nervous system.
When I began regulating my nervous system, supporting my digestion with Ayurvedic principles, practicing soothing face rituals, understanding vata imbalance, everything began to shift.
