What’s included

75 minute beauty & skincare consultation via zoom.
The skin analysis requires the completion of an online ‘Skin Wellness Questionnaire’ so I may gather information to assess the current skin type. Once the skin type is determined, a self care plan is created to best support an individuals needs and beauty goals.
From an Ayurvedic perspective, true beauty reflects a well nourished body and peaceful mind. Personalised lifestyle and dietary advice is therefore a vital component included in this offering.
What we put on our skin is just as important as what we put in our mouth. Product recommendations, suited to the individuals current skin type. You will discover how to use oils and humble pantry ingredients to create DIY products specific to your needs, that support skin health and radiance.
Face massage is a gentle and nourishing self care tool that promotes a more radiant complexion. Regular massage works by releasing tension from the facial muscles, boosting circulation and therefore the production of collagen and elastin (the skins plumping agents). Personalised skin massage techniques, tailored to time availability and beauty goals, are included in this initial consultation.
A detailed email will be sent within 48 hours post consultation to summarise the topics covered and skincare plan. Email support is available to support the integration of new habits and make adjustments to skincare products if needed.
